Gareth Emery is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Benify since March 2024. In addition, Emery has been a Board Member of Malmö Design Network since March 2020 and the Founder of emerybloom of Sweden since November 2014, focusing on creating and selling unique Scandinavian art prints with an environmentally ethical approach. Previous roles include Design Director at inriver (March 2021 - March 2024), Head of Product Design and UI/UX Designer at APSIS (August 2017 - March 2021), and Team Lead at Boozt (November 2011 - June 2017), where responsibilities spanned across corporate branding, UX/UI design, and art direction. Emery’s career also includes art direction positions at W Communication Agency and Adentity Marketing Communication, alongside early graphic design roles. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from Falmouth University and foundational studies in Art & Design at Swansea University, complemented by diplomas in Swedish.
