Jose Noldin serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GravitHy since August 2022, leading the company in developing low carbon iron plants with support from notable partners, aiming to become a market leader in green iron. Previously, Jose held several positions at Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional, including Head of CSN INOVA TECH, focusing on technology strategy and decarbonization, and General Manager of Product Development, where significant advancements in R&D and product innovation occurred. Prior experience also includes roles at Lhoist, where strategic projects and innovation portfolios were developed for the steel market, and at Tecnored S/A, leading technology promotion and industrial plant implementation. Jose Noldin's educational background features a D.Sc. and M.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from PUC-Rio and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.
