Remi Baptiste has work experience as a Software Architect at Gravitee since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Worldline Global for over 14 years, starting as a Software Development Engineer from August 2008 to June 2015. During this time, their responsibilities included developing voice platforms and contact center solutions, project management, technical analysis, and utilizing various development tools and technologies. They then became a Team Manager from July 2015 to January 2019, leading a small team of lead developers and collaborating closely with product developers. From January 2019 to February 2023, Remi was promoted to Lead Software Architect, where they focused on enhancing the Worldline Contact Center solution's software architecture to improve resilience, effectiveness, and relevance. Before joining Worldline Global, Remi was a Web Developer at CAUE59 from September 2006 to February 2007, where they designed and created a web interface for a Geographic Information System data catalog and Map Library.
Remi Baptiste obtained a DUT degree in Computer Science from Institut Universitaire de Technologie A Lille1 between 2003 and 2005. Following that, they pursued a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Informatique et Technologies de l'Information from Université de Technologie de Troyes from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, Remi also obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in July 2015 and completed the course "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" on Coursera in June 2014.
