Penelope Gaffney is a Senior Attorney at Gravis Law, PLLC, providing quality family legal services since June 2018. With prior experience as a solo practice attorney handling family law cases at Penelope Gaffney Law from November 2014 to April 2020, and as an Associate Attorney at Finch ~ O'Neil Law Office, P.A. from October 2011 to October 2014, Gaffney brings extensive expertise in family law, estate planning, and elder law. Earlier experience includes serving as a Pro Se Law Clerk for the United States District Court, Eastern California, where research and writing on civil rights cases were conducted, and as a Technical Writer at Stanford University. Gaffney earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and a BA in Political Science, English, and Philosophy from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
