Allison Ball Swope is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Partner at HNVR since November 2020, Swope co-founded Assembly and held the position of Board Member from April 2020 to November 2021. Prior roles include VP of Product at VSCO® and Product Leader at Facebook, where Swope significantly contributed to Messenger's growth and led various product initiatives, including the launch of Facebook Live. Swope has also served as Chief Operating Officer at Driver and gained early career experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Swope earned an A.B. in English Language and Literature from Princeton University in 2004.
