William Wen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in corporate development and strategy. Currently serving as Director on the Board of Directors for Grassroots Health since June 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer at Petra since July 2022, William has also held a strategic role at MoreHealth, Inc. since September 2020. Previous positions include Board Member and EVP of Corporate Strategy at Village Plan, and Advisor for Patient Engagement at Nuance Communications, where significant contributions included developing strategies for patient engagement solutions. William was Vice President of Corporate Development at Best Doctors and co-founder and General Manager of me2me US, leading the company to a successful market exit. Early career roles included Director of Corporate Development at Nuance Communications, where leadership in numerous acquisitions played a key role in the company’s revenue growth, and Senior Corporate Development Analyst at Xerox Corporation. William holds an MPPM in Finance from the Yale School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
