Michael Weaver has extensive work experience, starting with their role as a Process Modeller at Vodafone in 2006. Michael then worked as a Development Engineer at Quantel from 2007 to 2012, followed by a position as a Senior Development Engineer at Quantel from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an Engineering Manager at Snell Advanced Media. Currently, they are working at Grass Valley, where they started as an Engineering Manager in 2018 and progressed to the positions of Senior Engineering Manager and Director, Playout R&D.

Michael Weaver attended Park House School and Sports College from 1996 to 2003. Michael then pursued a degree in Computer Science at the University of Warwick from 2003 to 2006.
