Andy Larkin has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they served as the CEO of Grappetite, where they designed and developed apps for various platforms. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Founder/President of Lango. From 2009 to 2011, they were a Business Process Consultant at Tanasuk Technologies, where they helped develop financial and management systems, improved models for financial projections and forecasting, and developed systems to track employee project hours and calculate bonuses. From 2005 to 2009, they were an Intramural Supervisor & Sports Official at Florida State University Campus Recreation, where they oversaw operations and officiated various intramural sports, supervised up to thirty employees plus 1,000 participants and spectators each evening, assisted in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling employees, and provided customer satisfaction by accommodating to participant needs.

Andy Larkin attended Dalat International School from 1998 to 2003 and then Florida State University - College of Business from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management.
