Emma Ward has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014 when they were employed as a Tilkallingsvikar and Deltidsansatt at dna shoes. In 2015, they worked as a Bartender at Studenthuset Rokken and as Markedsf?ring- og pr-sjef at VEKA i Volda. In 2016, they became a Praktikant i grafisk design at Overhaus (NO). In 2017, they were a Freelance Graphic Designer at Graphiq - Your graphic design partner and a PR at X2 Festivalen. In 2018, they were a Designer at Team Elleve, a Digital designer at TINGH Kommunikasjon AS, and a Praktikant i grafisk design at Anti Inc AS. Emma is currently employed as a Digital designer at EGGS Design since 2022.

Emma Ward has a varied education history. In 2012, they completed a Videreg?ende from Akademiet Videreg?ende Skole in Medier og kommunikasjon. Emma then attended Volda University College (HVO) from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mediedesign. In 2017, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Griffith University. Most recently, in 2022, they earned 10 ECTS course from University of Stavanger in Solutions in Service Design.
