Jay Scherbik, PE, currently serves as Engineering Sr Manager at Graphic Packaging International, LLC, focusing on asset optimization in Operations, Reliability, and Maintenance. Previous roles include Director of Slurry Valve/Specialty Pump Technology at Weir Minerals, where responsibilities encompassed a range of valve and pump technologies, and Director of Engineering for Weir Minerals Lewis Pumps, overseeing engineer-to-order projects. Jay also held the position of Engineering Manager at Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas, managing steam turbine manufacturing and repair engineering, and has extensive experience with Dresser-Rand and Valero Energy Corporation in engineering and maintenance capacities.
