ILisa Norsworthy currently serves as an HRBP Manager and has held various roles including Human Resources Supervisor III and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Graphic Packaging International, LLC since April 2018. Prior to this, ILisa was a Human Resources Business Partner at Belk from January 2015 to April 2018, where responsibilities included screening applicants and conducting interviews. ILisa holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from American InterContinental University (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ashford University (2009-2013). Additionally, ILisa pursued studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, culminating in a Bachelor of Science.
