Michelle Cordaro was lucky enough to stumble upon her passion-driven career in sustainable food and farming very early in life. Her journey began the summer after high school on a farm in Virginia, which ultimately led her to put her traditional academic aspirations aside and dive head first into the world of food and farming. She spent a few years traveling around the country working on various regenerative farms and exploring other aspects of food production in farm-to-table kitchens and eventually found herself exploring the art of whole animal butchery.
