Piotr Banaszkiewicz has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and automation engineering. Piotr currently serves as a Python Cloud Developer and Tech Lead at Grape Up since April 2020. Prior to this, they founded Segmars in May 2018, where they were responsible for Python development, full-stack and back-end development, as well as offering training and IT consulting services. Piotr also worked as an Automation & Robotics Engineer at Fitech Sp. z o.o. from March 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they were a Control Engineer at DS-Technic from July 2016 to February 2018. In this role, they worked individually and in teams on industrial-grade software for automation machines in the automotive industry, led various projects on different platforms, and provided maintenance and on-site support to clients.

Piotr Banaszkiewicz completed their education in Automatics Control and Robotics at AGH University of Science and Technology. Piotr obtained their Bachelor's degree from AGH University of Science and Technology from the year 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in the same field at AGH University of Science and Technology from 2016 to 2017.
