Agata Oczkowicz has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. Agata began their career as a Web Content Analyst at AGH University of Science and Technology in 2012. Agata then worked as a Junior Social Media Specialist (internship) at Grupa inVette in 2014. In 2015, Agata joined Amer Sports Corporation as an HR Administrative Assistant before moving on to Studenckie Radio17, where they served as a Broadcaster and later became the Head of Broadcast Board. In 2017, they co-founded Projektor Podcast and became a Host. This same year, Agata joined Grape Up and held roles such as HR Assistant, People Operations Specialist, People Operations Lead, and currently serves as the People Operations Manager. Agata'swork experience demonstrates their proficiency in HR and people operations management, as well as their passion for hosting and broadcasting.

Agata Oczkowicz received their Bachelor's degree in Sociology - Multimedia and social communication from AGH University of Science and Technology from 2010 to 2013. Agata then pursued further education at AGH University of Science and Technology from 2013 to 2015, studying Sociology - E-Commerce. In 2014, they also attended Yeditepe University for a brief period to study Public Relations. Additionally, in January 2012, Agata obtained a CAE certification from the British Council.
