Sandhya Bathina has extensive experience in end-to-end HR operations. She is well-versed in all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management and has a strong knack for employee engagement. She believes in creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters productivity and growth.

She is currently working with Granules India Limited from 2023 as an HR Manager (Formulation – OSD Plant) and responsible for 3500 manpower.

Prior to that Sandhya worked as an HR Manager at DANA ANAND India Private Limited (DAIPL) (Formerly known as Spicer India Ltd) from 2022 – 2023 where she was responsible for entire Plant HR Operations.

From 2013 - 2022, Sandhya worked in AUROBINDO PHARMA LTD as a Human Resources Business Partner. During her tenure, she played a crucial role and supported various departments and, including the Formulation OSD, Sterile (Injectable & Ophtha) Plant, Specialty Division (Nasal & Derma) and R&D center, and the corporate office. Sandhya's role involved providing HR support to colleagues and the leadership team in areas such as recruitment, performance management, restructuring, training, and special projects. Sandhya also focused on employee engagement by analyzing engagement scores and implementing action plans to increase engagement. Additionally, Sandhya was responsible for workforce planning and developing a talent pipeline to optimize intellectual capital utilization.

From 2012 to 2013 , she worked as an HR Generalist at DREAMS Pvt Ltd where she was responsible for the complete employee life cycle.

Initially, Sandhya started her career as an HR Recruiter at A One Infotech Solutions in 2012, where She was responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle and gained experience in recruitment, consulting, and selection.

She did Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from G.I.E.T in Rajahmundry. Before that she did Bachelor's Degree in B. Sc (Computers) from S.K.R. Women's College in Rajahmundry.

Later, Additionally, she obtained a certification in DISC Accreditation from Thomos International in July 2017.
