Salman Shaik began their work experience in 2012 as a Senior Technical Officer at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Granules India Limited as a Team Lead. Later, they took on the role of Assistant Manager in April 2022 and worked until January 2023. Currently, Salman is employed at Granules Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Process Specialist, starting in February 2023 and continuing to the present.

Salman Shaik began their education at the Higher Secondary School in India from 2009 to 2011, where they completed their HSC. Salman then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, Salman enrolled at Acharya Nagarjuna University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Inorganic Chemistry.
