Mahindra Reddy has worked in various pharmaceutical companies in roles related to global portfolio management. In 2018, they worked as a Global Portfolio Management Executive at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Hetero Drugs Ltd in a similar role. They then joined Eugia Pharma Specialties Ltd in 2021 as a Global Portfolio Management Senior Executive until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Global Portfolio Assistant Manager at Granules India Limited.

Mahindra Reddy completed a PGDM (MBA) degree in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management from Synergy school of business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from Nirmala College of Pharmacy, Mangalagiri, from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Digital Marketing Basic Course from DigitalDeepak.com in August 2017 and in the startup india learning program from UpGrad.com in June 2017.
