Dhanunjaya Naidu Bongu has over 14 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting from 2007. Dhanunjaya Naidu Bongu is currently working at Granules India Limited as a Senior Manager in Quality Assurance since 2020. Their responsibilities include overseeing overall operations, implementing quality systems, and ensuring compliance with cGMP standards.

Prior to that, they worked at Mankind Pharma Ltd as the Head of QA (Manager QA) from 2018 to 2020, where they managed quality assurance activities. Dhanunjaya Naidu Bongu also held the position of Head of Quality Assurance at Rakshit Drugs Pvt. Ltd in 2018.

From 2015 to 2018, Dhanunjaya worked at Hetero as a Deputy Manager in Quality Assurance, where they played a key role in maintaining quality standards. Dhanunjaya Naidu Bongu also gained experience as an Assistant Manager in Quality Assurance at Mylan Laboratories Limited from 2012 to 2015, where they handled various responsibilities such as operation QA, validation, training management, and vendor management.

Before that, they worked at Chromo Laboratories India Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager in QA from 2010 to 2012, where they were responsible for monitoring quality management systems, process documents, and regulatory support. Dhanunjaya started their career at Aurobindo Pharma Ltd as a Senior Assistant in Quality Assurance from 2007 to 2010.

Throughout their career, Dhanunjaya has demonstrated their expertise in quality assurance, implementation of quality systems, audit compliance, deviation & OOS investigation, risk assessment, validation, training management, vendor management, and regulatory support.

Dhanunjaya Naidu Bongu pursued their education in Microbiology at Andhra University from 2001 to 2004, completing a Bachelor of Science degree. During this time, they also studied Biochemistry and Biotechnology. Dhanunjaya Naidu Bongu further advanced their knowledge and skills in Microbiology by completing a Master of Science degree at Andhra University from 2004 to 2006.
