Herman Pinto ACA, PMP, ACC, DTM, has extensive experience in consulting and mentoring, notably as a Youth Life Coach and Mentor at Plastikeers since April 2017 and previously at Proactive Healing from June 2007 to April 2019. Since July 2004, Herman has served as a Peoplesoft Grants Senior Consultant for Grantsforce Inc., contributing expertise to various institutions including New York Statewide Financial System and multiple universities and healthcare organizations across North America. Prior roles include Project Manager at Navisite Inc., Director at Huron, and consulting positions at Rapidigm, Foundation Software, Inc., and others. Herman holds a Certified Professional Coach degree from the International Coach Academy, a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and a CA in Accounting from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
