Marilyn Hayre is an experienced tax professional with a career spanning several decades at Grant Thornton LLP, where Marilyn has held various leadership positions, including Retired Partner, Principal, and Senior Manager since joining in January 1997. Currently, Marilyn serves as a Partner leading the US Tax group in New Brunswick, specializing in comprehensive US Tax Services for Canadian individuals and businesses with US interests, as well as US citizens residing in Canada and US companies operating in Canada. Prior to Grant Thornton, Marilyn gained significant experience at KPMG as a Senior Manager from May 1981 to January 1997. Marilyn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting from Mount Allison University and completed high school at Cobequid Educational Center.
