Karitha Ericson is currently the Global Leader for Network Capability, Culture & Corporate Sustainability at Grant Thornton International Ltd. Previously, Karitha has held various leadership roles such as Chief Operating Officer and deputy CEO at Grant Thornton Sweden and Head of Human Resources at EQT Partners. With a background in psychology and organizational psychology from Stockholm University, Karitha has a wealth of experience in human resources management across different industries and locations. Currently, Karitha also serves as a board member at Nordnet Bank AB, a digital bank for savings and investments operating in multiple countries.
