Cat Brooks is a skilled UX Designer with extensive experience in user experience design and technical writing. Currently employed at Grant Street Group since September 2024, Cat previously contributed to Lighthouse as a UX Designer, where leadership in research and redesign efforts resulted in improved user satisfaction and streamlined workflows for a SaaS platform. Prior roles at Lighthouse included Associate UX Designer and Technical Content Writer, facilitating the implementation of analytics tools and producing user-oriented documentation. Additional experience includes freelance video editing and motion graphics, lead technical editing at Bluetooth SIG, and technical writing for Frontier Airlines. Cat holds a BA in English/Drama from Hofstra University, an AAS in Post Production from the Community College of Aurora, and completed a program at General Assembly Seattle in 2020.
