Sofia Rizzo possesses a diverse background in customer success, accounting, and eCommerce management, with recent experience at Grant J Hunt Company as an accountant since November 2023. Previously, Sofia held roles at Nyla as a Customer Success Manager, where the focus was on enhancing user experience for eCommerce brands, and at Sorbet as the Head of Customer Service.
