James C. Cox has held prominent roles in the field of economics since earning a PhD from Harvard University in 1970. Currently serving as the Noah Langdale Jr. Chair in Economics and founding director of the Experimental Economics Center at Georgia State University, James C. Cox has also been a Georgia Research Alliance Eminent Scholar since January 2006. Additionally, James C. Cox is a board member and angel investor with Grannus, LLC, and served as president and CEO of 4C Health Analytics, Inc. from 2014 to 2019. Previous academic positions include Arizona Public Service Professor of Economics at the University of Arizona and associate professor of economics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
