Otto Lairila has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Otto started their career in 2012 as an Elementinvalmistaja at Rakennusbetoni ja Elementti Oy, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they also worked as a Viemäriasentaja at Suomen Vesitekniikka Oy and as an Assistant Property Manager at Talohallinta Oy Itäkeskus. From 2021 to the present, Otto is working at Granlund in different roles, including Assistant Property Manager, Taloushallinnon assistentti, and currently as a Controller.

Otto Lairila's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Accounting and Finance from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed an Isännöinnin ammattitutkinto IAT degree at Careeria from 2018 to 2019. Furthermore, Otto also achieved a Rakennusalan perustutkinto degree from Koulutuskeskus Salpaus from 2009 to 2013.
