Jesse Ylitalo has a work experience that spans over a decade. Jesse started their career at ABB in 2008 as a Summer Staff member, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, they joined Granlund as a Designer, specializing in building automation. Jesse transitioned to the role of Project Manager in building automation in 2017 and is currently serving as the Development Manager in the same field since March 2021.

Jesse Ylitalo has a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 2007 and 2013. More recently, between 2019 and 2021, they attended Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK, where they earned a Master of Engineering degree in Älykkäät palvelut digitaalisessa ympäristössä (Intelligent Services in a Digital Environment).
