Jenna Kent is an experienced professional in offer management, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Offer Management at Granite Telecommunications since December 2009, with previous roles including Director and Manager of Offer Management. Jenna has extensive experience in billing management, having supervised teams in Premier Billing, Customer Reporting, and Rebilling, ensuring high levels of billing accuracy and tailored reporting for clients. Prior to Granite, Jenna held positions at Office Works as a Sales Assistant, at Craigville Beach Association as Assistant Manager, and at Invent Vermont as a Marketing Intern. Jenna earned a degree from the University of Vermont and also studied at Bond University.
