Kari Block has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kari began their career at Epicor Software Corp in 2007, where they served as a Business Development Representative for a year before transitioning into a role as a Project Coordinator. In 2011, they were promoted to the position of Certification Program Manager and then held the role of Senior Project Coordinator. Moving on from Epicor, Kari joined Korn Ferry in 2015 and worked as a Senior Project Coordinator in the Advisory department. In 2017, they transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant, focusing on Executive Search. Kari's most recent position is with Granite Partners, where they currently work as a Recruiting Associate starting from 2021.

Kari Block obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Organizational Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth between the years 2003 and 2007.
