Matthew Tapley has worked at several companies since 1998. Theirfirst role was as a Mechanical Engineer at M/A-Com in 1998. Matthew then moved to Corning Incorporated in 2000, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer. In 2001, they became a Mechanical Engineer at Thorlabs. Tapley returned to L3Harris Technologies in 2003, where they worked as a Program Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer. In 2014, they joined Gentex Corp. as a Sr. Product Manager, Ground Communications and Senior Program Manager. Tapley then moved to Haigh-Farr, Inc. in 2019, where they worked as a Senior Program Manager. In 2021, they joined Klein Marine Systems, Inc. as a Principal Program Manager. Theirmost recent roles are as a Sr. Program Manager, NPI at Starry, Inc. and Director Program Management at Granite State Manufacturing, both starting in 2022.

Matthew Tapley obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 1991 and 1995. Matthew then went on to receive an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution between 1995 and 1998. Matthew later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics between 2012 and 2014.
