Wes Hendricks is a seasoned construction manager with extensive experience in overseeing industrial capital improvements and development projects. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at Granite REIT since July 2022, Wes has previously held positions as Project Manager at 42 Real Estate and Development Project Manager at Ridge Development, where responsibilities included managing construction schedules, budgets, and coordinating with contractors and design teams. Wes's career began as a custom homebuilder and progressed through roles with notable firms such as Pogue Construction, where project management and cost control were key, and Centex, focusing on field management. An alumnus of Austin College, Wes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and History.
