Bradley Hardie, CPA-CA, possesses over 25 years of extensive investment banking experience, particularly in the Canadian financial institutions sector through notable positions at BMO Capital Markets. As the Sector Head for North American Financial Institutions from May 1995 to September 2022, Bradley oversaw transaction advice and capital raising services for banks, trusts, insurance, and asset management firms. Current roles include serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Granite Club and as an Angel Investor at Maple Leaf Angels. Prior experience includes senior management positions at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance and Clarkson Gordon, focusing on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and audit assurance.
