Andrea Cothran is an experienced laboratory professional currently serving as the Assistant Laboratory Director at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham, AL since June 2021. Prior to this role, Andrea held positions including Supervisor of the Special Chemistry Department and Assistant Center Manager at CSL Plasma. With a strong background in laboratory operations, Andrea also served as the Assistant Laboratory Director and Point of Care Assistant at Gadsden Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities included scheduling, payroll, quality improvement initiatives, and staff mentoring.
