Kim Davis

Account Manager at GrandPad

From 2004 to 2007, Kim Davis worked at Marshall Field's as a Selling Manager and later as a Merchandise Manager. In these roles, they oversaw various aspects of store operations, including merchandise flow, placement, sales set execution, and customer service. Kim led a team and prioritized productivity and creativity to meet customer and company standards.

From 2007 to 2020, Kim Davis worked at Macy's in various positions. Kim started as a Regional Staffing Analyst, where they coordinated effective schedules for stores based on customer traffic patterns and trained store management teams. Kim then became a Regional Staffing Manager, responsible for associate scheduling and partnering with store managers to enhance profitability through staffing. Davis then served as a District Planner, driving sales by conducting in-depth business reviews, visiting stores, and recommending store-level sales plans and vendor mixes. Finally, as a District Merchant, they implemented merchandising execution strategies to achieve sales goals, oversaw consistent merchandise presentation and event execution, and identified merchandise assortment opportunities.

Most recently, Kim Davis joined GrandPad in 2021 as an Account Manager.

Kim Davis attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Retail Merchandising and Management.
