Antonella Innocenti is an experienced HR professional with a focus on training and talent development, currently serving as Responsabile della formazione and HR Business Partner at Grandi Salumifici Italiani S.p.A. since January 2012. In this role, Antonella supports the Industrial Director and Group Commercial Director in managing and developing resources across 14 production sites in Italy, overseeing performance evaluations, training plans, and reward programs. Previously, Antonella worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Gruppo Alimentare in Toscana S.p.A., managing HR functions for the Reggello and Fornacina sites from June 2008 to December 2011. Antonella holds a degree in Direzione del Personale from the Università degli Studi di Firenze, completed between 2006 and 2009.
