Benjamin Sheffield is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Line Cook at Grand View Lodge since March 2023 and a Forklift Driver at Costco Wholesale since October 2020. Previous roles include Lead Line Cook, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Supervisor, and various front-of-house positions at Morrissey Hospitality from November 2014 to July 2022. Benjamin also has experience in banquet cooking and woodfire grilling, having worked at Kendall's Tavern and Chophouse, as well as part-time positions at Cinema Grill and Outtakes Bar and Carbones Pizza. Early career experience includes roles as a Dishwasher at Harvest Grill and LANG BUILDERS, and a Carpenter at LANG BUILDERS. Benjamin graduated from Blaine High School in 2015.
