Carole Trousseau has an extensive background in administrative and production roles within the arts and finance sectors. Since January 2019, Trousseau has served as Secrétaire générale at the Grand Théâtre de Genève. Prior to this position, Trousseau was Directrice administrative at Théâtre Orchestre Bienne Soleure from April 2013 to December 2018 and held the title of Cheffe de production RE at the Office fédéral de la statistique from January 2007 to February 2013. Trousseau's earlier experience includes serving as Cheffe des risques opérationnels at PostFinance from January 2004 to January 2007 and working as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center from August 2001 to January 2004. Trousseau holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Lausanne (2008-2010), a Master’s Degree in Opera singing from Musikhochschule Köln (1999-2001), and a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from EPFL (1995-1999).
