Janine Ganska has a solid work experience in the hospitality industry. Janine began their career as a Front Desk Supervisor at MGM Resorts International in 2004. After a year, they moved on to become a VIP Manager at Silver Legacy Resort Casino, where they worked for six years. In 2011, Janine joined DoctorsXL as a Practice Management Specialist and stayed for three years. Janine then transitioned to the Grand Sierra Resort, starting as the Director of VIP Services in 2015. Over time, they were promoted to Director Of Hotel Operations and eventually became the Executive Director of Hotel Operations in February 2021. Overall, Janine has demonstrated their expertise and dedication in various management roles within the hotel industry.

Janine Ganska pursued their education from 2002 to 2005 at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management.
