Kelly Stamper possesses extensive experience in healthcare and human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of the Centralized Scheduling Office at Grand River Hospital since June 2020, Kelly previously held multiple roles at ILCWR from 2013 to May 2020, including Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Outreach Supervisor. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo and completed education at Forest Heights CI.
