Cynthia Welton has a comprehensive work experience in the healthcare field. Cynthia started their career as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at various healthcare institutions such as St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, Hamilton Health Sciences, and Credit Valley Hospital. Cynthia then took on roles as a Professional Practice Lead-Respiratory Therapy and a Quality and Patient Safety Consultant at Credit Valley Hospital.
