Josse Foucart is an experienced operations and manufacturing leader currently serving as the Directeur général adjoint for Allures Yachting & Garcia Yachts at Grand Large Yachting since October 2024. Prior to this role, Josse was the Operations Managing Director at BENEO, overseeing the Functional Fibers business unit, including strategic direction and P&L for two factories in Belgium and Chile. With a strong background in the sugar industry, Josse held several key positions at Saint Louis Sucre from 2009 to 2021, including Director of two production units and Operations Manager, where significant production increases and operational improvements were achieved. Earlier experience includes technical management roles at L'Oréal, focusing on production and industrialization processes. Josse holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Icam and is pursuing an Executive Certificate at HEC Paris.
