Thomas Schleuchardt has extensive work experience at Grammer AG. Thomas started in 2007 as Vice President of global Supply Chain Management & Logistics until 2009. Thomas then held various roles including Head of Project Management for 2 Business Units from January 2010 to June 2012, Vice President of Business Unit MH/Turf + Aftermarket + Electronics (Offroad) from July 2012 to April 2020, Vice President of Business Unit from May 2020 to June 2023, and currently serves as the President of the Group Division Commercial Vehicles since May 2023.

Thomas Schleuchardt attended Bundeswehr University Munich from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Thomas completed their studies and earned a Diplom Betriebswirt.
