Franziska Werner is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on process management and product development. Currently serving as Manager of Engineering Process Management at Grammer AG since July 2016, Franziska has previously held positions such as SE-Teamleiterin Interieur at Magna Steyr Engineering Deutschland and Masterand at BMW. Early career experiences include an internship at BMW Group. Franziska holds a Master of Science in Digital Manufacturing/Maschinenbau from Technische Universität Chemnitz and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm.
