Carolyn X. Yang is a Senior Product Designer at Grammarly, having previously held a similar position at Zillow where a three-year mobile vision was shaped through market and user research, establishing design systems and processes that led to a 40%+ improvement in key conversion rates. At Walmart Labs, Carolyn designed web and mobile experiences, launching features like Express Pickup that significantly reduced waiting times.
