Alexander Konduforov is an experienced engineering manager currently working at Grammarly since April 2022, with a strong background in machine learning and data science. As a co-organizer of the Kharkiv Artificial Intelligence Club since May 2012, Alexander contributes to a community focused on various AI-related topics. Previous roles include serving as a Machine Learning Engineer and Data Science Competence Leader at AltexSoft from January 2009 to April 2022, where Alexander led the development of machine learning models and built expertise within the team. Additional experience includes positions as Project Lead/Software Architect at AltexSoft, Tech Lead at Intego Group, and Senior Software Engineer at Validio Ukraine. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, obtained between 2002 and 2007.
