Kristen Murray is an experienced professional in the hospitality and environmental sectors. Currently serving as a server at Gramercy Tavern since May 2023, Kristen previously held various managerial roles at Dedalus Wine Shop, Market, & Wine Bar, including General Manager and Retail Manager, overseeing operations and staff development. Additional experience includes managing the bar at The Daily Planet and food service responsibilities at Hen of the Wood - Burlington. Earlier roles include internships focused on environmental outreach and research with Waterkeeper Alliance and 350VERMONT. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
