Talisa Melendez serves as the Business Office Manager at Gramercy Surgery Center, Inc., since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing the surgical schedule for four operating rooms across two sites, coordinating hiring and training of new staff, and ensuring the accuracy of patient data. In addition, Talisa has also held roles as Scheduling & Patient Care Representative Manager and Scheduling Supervisor within the same organization. Prior to this, Talisa worked as a Scheduling Coordinator at Gramercy Surgery Center and as a Sleep Coordinator at East Elmhurst Primary Medical Care from October 2018 to March 2020, focusing on scheduling sleep studies and managing insurance authorizations, benefits, and patient check-ins.
