Thomas H. Norgaard has extensive experience in the legal field, specifically in litigation and international dispute resolution. Thomas H. started their career as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright, where they worked on international litigation and administrative law cases from 2000 to 2007. Thomas H. then joined Debevoise & Plimpton as a Litigation Associate, handling various international arbitration and investigation cases for clients, including a major international brewery, a French-international oil company, and an international engineering, procurement, and construction firm. In 2019, they joined Gramercy Funds Management LLC, where they currently hold the position of Director of Latin American Investment Development and Managing Director of International Litigation Finance/Third Party Funding.
