Debdarshan Panda has over 10 years of work experience. In 2011, they began their career as a Trainee at Street Engineers and an Electrical Engineering Intern at Chattisgarh State Electricity Board. Debdarshan then worked as a Summer Intern at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. and an Intern Engineer at Monnet Ispat & Energy Ltd. Raigarh. In 2013, they were appointed as a Probationary Officer and Assistant Manager at Axis Bank, where they were responsible for providing analytical solutions for Sales/Product/Credit teams in Retail Assets. In 2016, they worked as a Winter Intern (Rural Living and Learning Experience) at Sustainable Livelihood Institute, Auroville. In 2017, they worked as an MBA Summer Intern at Global Agrisystem Pvt Ltd. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Deputy Manager and Management Trainee at Dharma Life (an initiative of Gajam India Private Limited). Currently, they are a Manager at Hesa.

Debdarshan Panda completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU in 2013. Debdarshan then went on to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking Services from the Manipal Academy of Higher Education in 2014. In 2016, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Rural Management from the Xavier Institute of Management. Prior to this, they also obtained their X and XII from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Panda has obtained certifications in Dairy Management (Immersion Course) and Digital Marketing (Immersion Course) from Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) in 2018, as well as Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination and Depository Operations Certification Examination from the National Institute for Securities Markets (NISM) in 2014.
