Raju Soni has worked in various roles in the technology and digital marketing space since 2006. Raju began their career as an Assistant Software Engineer for Gmax Media and IT Solution Pty. Ltd. In 2009, they joined Melbourne Institute of Technology as an IT Helpdesk Analyst and Student Mentor. In 2011, Raju founded the local places discovery platform "WhatsIn" in Melbourne, Australia. In 2012, they joined Search Marketing Group as an Operations Manager (Digital Marketing) where they were responsible for brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue. In 2014, they became the Project Head at RGA Digital, where they launched the e-learning portal mentorica.in. From 2015 to 2019, Raju worked at Blessings Advertising Pvt. Ltd. as Head of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce, where they were a founding member of the ecommerce marketplace doubleurkart.com. In 2019, they joined RenewBuy as Chief Manager of Technology Product. Most recently, Raju was appointed as Chief Product Officer at GramCover in 2022.

Raju Soni completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from Bundelkhand University between 2002 and 2006. Raju then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Information Technology from Federation University Australia between 2008 and 2010. Raju also attended St Judes.
