Eren Yanık started their work experience as a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman in August 2008 and worked there until March 2012. Eren then joined McKinsey & Company as an Associate in April 2012 and later became an Engagement Manager in August 2014, where they managed projects and led risk management practice development efforts until October 2016. Yanık then joined Gram Games as the Chief Revenue Officer in October 2016 and later became the Chief Product Officer in July 2018.

Eren Yanık attended Robert College from 1997 to 2004 but did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during this period. Subsequently, from 2004 to 2008, Eren Yanık pursued an undergraduate degree in Economics at Princeton University.
